Surface Modified Nano Al(OH)₃ CAS 21645-51-2 Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP PE Plastics
Product Overview
Surface Modified Nano Al(OH)₃ (Nano Aluminum Hydroxide, CAS 21645-51-2) adopts special nano crystallization technology and organic surface modification treatment. The surface modifier effectively improves interfacial compatibility between inorganic powder and polyolefin matrix including PP and PE, inhibits particle agglomeration and enhances dispersion in plastic melts. It features endothermic flame retardancy and smoke suppression without halogen release during combustion. It is high-quality halogen-free raw material for manufacturing PP and PE flame retardant masterbatch, as well as direct filling modification of polyolefin products.
Core Features
- Organic Surface Modification: Significantly improve compatibility with PP, PE, reduce interfacial defects inside plastics.
- Nanoscale Particle Size: Achieve uniform dispersion, minimize negative influence on tensile strength and impact toughness.
- Halogen-Free Flame Retardant & Smoke Suppression: Absorb massive heat when decomposed, form protective barrier and lower smoke density.
- Good Processing Performance: Smooth extrusion, less screw wear, suitable for twin-screw granulation of flame retardant masterbatch.
- Low Impurity & Stable Quality: Low heavy metal content, comply with international environmental protection standards.
- Wide Matching Range: Can be compounded with phosphorus flame retardants to achieve higher flame retardant rating.
