High Purity Nano Aluminum Hydroxide (Nano ATH, CAS 21645-51-2) is a low-impurity halogen-free inorganic flame retardant manufactured via high-purification and nano ultrafine grinding technology. Upon thermal decomposition, it absorbs substantial heat and releases crystal water to suppress combustion. A dense alumina protective layer forms on the rubber surface to isolate oxygen and reduce smoke emission. Application Scope
This high purity nano ATH is specially developed for silicone rubber systems. Widely used in flame retardant silicone wire and cable insulation, silicone sealing gaskets, electronic potting silicone, high-temperature silicone rollers, fire-resistant silicone sheets and electrical insulating silicone components. It can be used alone or compounded with silicone-specific flame retardant additives to achieve required flame retardant standards such as UL94 V-0.
