Product Detail PageChemical IdentitySEBS belongs to hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (S-EB-S). Rigid polystyrene end blocks form physical crosslinking domains, while saturated ethylene-butylene midblocks provide rubber elasticity. It is thermoplastic elastomer and can be processed by extrusion and injection molding without vulcanization. The saturated backbone prevents oxidation and UV degradation. SEBS has good compatibility with polypropylene, tackifier resins and process oils. It maintains stable performance under common plastic compounding and adhesive manufacturing temperatures.

SEBS effectively improves impact toughness of polyolefin blends without heavy loss of rigidity. It resists UV radiation, thermal aging and discoloration under long-term outdoor exposure. Storage & HandlingStore SEBS pellets in sealed original bags inside cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Recommended storage temperature 10-30℃. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources and high humidity. Anti-static protection is required during pellet conveying and feeding. Once packaging bag is opened, reseal quickly to avoid dust and moisture contamination. Do not stack pallets excessively high to prevent pellet caking under heavy load.
