K-120ND is acrylic-based processing aid for PVC, supplied as fine white free-flowing powder. It has excellent dispersibility in PVC resin system. This product promotes uniform plastic fusion, stabilizes melt flow and improves melt elasticity during processing. It reduces processing defects and enhances surface smoothness of finished PVC products. K-120ND is widely used in rigid PVC extrusion and calendering processes for profiles, sheets and pipes.

Product Detail PageChemical IdentityK-120ND is copolymerized acrylic polymer powder. It is specially formulated as processing additive for polyvinyl chloride. It can disperse rapidly and evenly mixed with PVC resin and other additives during high-speed mixing. The acrylic polymer chains improve melt viscoelasticity of PVC melt. It keeps good thermal stability under standard PVC processing temperature and does not easily cause discoloration.

Key PerformanceK-120ND accelerates PVC fusion speed and shortens plasticization time. It stabilizes melt flow and increases melt strength, preventing melt fracture during extrusion. It improves surface gloss and smoothness of PVC finished goods. It has good dispersion property, no agglomeration in dry blend. It reduces processing fluctuation and improves continuous production stability for extrusion and calendering lines. It will not seriously damage the inherent mechanical properties of rigid PVC.

Storage & HandlingStore K-120ND powder in sealed original bags inside cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Recommended storage temperature 10-30℃. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and moisture. Prevent dust inhalation during powder handling. Anti-static measures are recommended. Once the bag is opened, seal tightly after use to avoid moisture absorption and contamination. Do not stack pallets excessively high.
