Product DetailsThis polymeric plasticizer is a viscous pale yellow liquid synthesized through polycondensation reaction. Different from common monomeric ester plasticizers, its large molecular size restricts molecular mobility inside the polymer matrix after compounding. It greatly reduces the risk of plasticizer blooming, sweating and surface migration on finished PVC surfaces.

The product offers outstanding extraction resistance when finished components contact grease, hydrocarbon liquids and water. It resists being washed‑out from PVC substrates, which helps finished parts retain consistent flexibility over long‑term service cycles. Its inherent UV‑stable structure slows down photo‑oxidative degradation under ultraviolet irradiation, delaying surface chalking, hardening and cracking for technical PVC articles and automotive interior or protective films.

It is widely adopted for automotive protective film, interior vinyl sheeting, industrial technical PVC articles exposed to light, oil and cleaning agents. In practical PVC formulation, pure polymeric plasticizer tends to raise melt viscosity, resulting in poorer processing flow. For this reason, formulators usually combine it with compatible monomeric plasticizers to adjust processing performance while retaining anti‑migration and UV‑resistant advantages. Matching stabilizer and anti‑oxidant additives are recommended to further improve thermal ageing resistance during high‑temperature calendaring and extrusion production.

Store in tightly sealed drums inside cool, dry, ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and sustained high‑temperature storage. Suitable protective gloves and goggles must be worn during pumping, transferring and dispensing operations. Prevent liquid leakage and soil contamination.
