Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide MW 5,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is specially developed ultra-high molecular weight PEO for industrial dust control. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot form durable binding crust; excessively high molecular weight grades cause excessive solution viscosity and difficult field spraying. This 5M grade balances particle binding capacity, solution fluidity and film-forming performance.
After water dissolution and surface spraying, polymer chains connect scattered dust fines together. A continuous flexible protective layer is formed on ore stockpiles, haul roads and bulk cargo yards to reduce fugitive dust pollution under wind and vehicle disturbance.

Usage Guidance

Gradually disperse PEO powder into continuously stirred water to avoid agglomeration and fish eyes. Prepare dilute working solution on site. Usual spraying concentration: 0.01% ~ 0.08%. Adjust concentration according to wind conditions, material type and required maintenance cycle. Complete field small-scale spraying test before large-area construction.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
