Polyethylene Oxide CAS 25322-68-3 is multifunctional viscosifying polymer for water-based drilling mud. Ordinary inorganic viscosifiers often lack sufficient cuttings suspension ability. Usage Guidance

Slowly disperse PEO powder under mild stirring to avoid agglomeration and fish-eye particles. Prepare pre-hydrated mother liquor before adding into mud tank. Perform lab rheology test to confirm optimal dosage. Avoid long-time high shear agitation which degrades polymer chains and reduces viscosity building effect.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in dry, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
