Usage Guidance

Slowly disperse PEO powder into injection water under gentle stirring to avoid agglomeration and fish-eye particles. Prepare pre-hydrated mother liquor before mixing with main flooding polymer. Core flooding laboratory tests are recommended to confirm optimal mixing ratio and dosage. Avoid long-time high-shear circulation, which will break polymer molecular chains and weaken performance.

Storage & Package

Seal containers tightly. Store in dry, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under properly sealed storage.
