Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide MW 7,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is ultra-high molecular weight PEO specially developed for water-soluble film production. Medium molecular weight PEO leads to insufficient mechanical strength; ultra-high molecular weight grades bring excessive melt viscosity and difficult film extrusion. This 7M grade achieves balanced melt processability, film toughness and water dissolution performance.

After melt casting or solution casting, continuous polymer network forms flexible, robust water-soluble membrane. The packaging film can encapsulate solid and liquid goods safely and dissolve completely after contacting water, lowering plastic pollution.

Usage Guidance

Avoid overheating to prevent molecular chain degradation.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
