Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide MW 7,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed for cement-based construction materials. Medium molecular weight PEO lacks sufficient toughening effect; extra-high molecular weight PEO easily leads to excessive stickiness and poor surface finish. This 7M grade balances reinforcing performance, water retention and construction workability.

After mixing with water, polymer network relieves internal stress during cement hardening. It lowers shrinkage crack risk and improves the compactness, surface smoothness and durability of mortar and concrete.

Usage Guidance

Dry mix PEO powder uniformly with cement, fillers and other additives during dry mortar production. Typical dosage: 0.01% ~ 0.07% of total raw materials. Can be compounded with cellulose ether for comprehensive performance improvement. Complete construction tests including shrinkage rate, crack resistance, open time before mass production.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
