Polyethylene Oxide MW 300,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is tailor-made medium molecular weight PEO developed for liquid detergent and household cleaning industry. Low molecular weight PEO cannot achieve satisfying thickening performance, while ultra-high molecular weight PEO tends to produce stringy, undesirable texture. This 300k grade supplies balanced thickening power without excessive stringiness. It maintains stable viscosity under wide temperature range, improves suspension performance of detergent formulations and avoids phase separation during long-term storage.

Usage Guidance

Slowly disperse PEO powder into continuously stirred deionized water to avoid agglomeration, stir until fully dissolved, then mix with other detergent raw materials. Usual dosage: 0.1% ~0.6% of total formula weight. Adjust dosage according to target viscosity requirement. Complete stability aging test to verify thickening persistence before mass production.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
