PEO MW 300k Polyethylene Oxide (CAS 25322-68-3) is medium molecular weight water-soluble polymer customized for new energy electrode manufacturing. Low molecular weight PEO cannot provide enough binding force, while ultra-high molecular weight PEO causes excessive slurry viscosity and difficult coating. This 300k grade balances viscosity and adhesive capacity. Uniformly dispersed in aqueous electrode slurry, it fixes active substances and conductive agents. It effectively relieves pole piece curling and cracking during coating, drying and calendaring. In battery working environment, it maintains electrochemical inertia without triggering side reactions.

Usage Guidance

Gradually disperse PEO powder into continuously agitated deionized water to prevent agglomeration, stir until fully dissolved into homogeneous solution. Mix with active materials and conductive agents to prepare electrode slurry. Recommended dosage: 1.0 wt% ~ 3.0 wt% based on active material mass. Carry out lab coating and electrochemical performance testing before mass production to confirm optimal addition amount.

Storage & Package

Seal packaging tightly. Store in cool, dry, dust-free warehouse. Avoid moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
