Polyethylene Oxide MW 2,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is special ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed for oilfield slickwater fracturing. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot achieve ideal drag reduction effect under high turbulent flow; excessively high molecular weight grades may lead to poor solubility and block risks. This 2M grade balances dissolution speed, friction reduction efficiency and solution fluidity. After hydration, polymer chains weaken turbulent pulsation, reduce friction loss along pipelines, maximize the effective pressure delivered downhole, enhance proppant transportation capacity and optimize fracturing construction efficiency.

Usage Guidance
Slowly disperse PEO powder into high-speed stirring water to prevent agglomeration and fish-eye formation, prepare dilute solution on site. Typical working concentration: 0.008% ~ 0.03%. Adjust dosage according to pipeline length, construction pressure and local water quality. Avoid over-concentration to prevent filter screen blockage.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
