Polyethylene Oxide MW 2,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is cosmetic grade ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed for personal care industry. Medium molecular weight PEO fails to maintain long-term gel stability, while extra-high molecular weight polymers easily bring excessive stringiness and bad skin feel. This 2M grade achieves ideal balance between gelling capacity, lubricating property and sensory experience.After dissolving in deionized water, polymer chains form reversible hydrated network to thicken formulas, stabilize dispersed components and foam structure. It greatly improves the sliding performance of shaving products, reduces skin irritation caused by razor friction, and optimizes texture of all kinds of water-based cosmetics.

Usage Guidance
Slowly disperse PEO powder into continuously stirred deionized water to avoid agglomeration. Fully hydrate and dissolve completely before mixing with other raw materials. Typical dosage: 0.05% ~ 0.3% of total formulation weight. Conduct high-low temperature cycle stability test and sensory evaluation before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry, dust-free warehouse. Avoid moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
