Polyethylene Oxide MW 2,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed specially for water-based coating industry. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot provide long-term anti-settling stability; excessively high molecular weight variants easily lead to excessive stringiness and poor leveling. This 2M grade balances thickening efficiency, anti-sagging property and surface leveling performance. After dissolving in aqueous phase, long polymer chains build reversible hydrated network. It keeps solid particles stably suspended when coating stands, and reduces viscosity under shearing force during brushing and rolling, bringing smooth construction experience.

Usage Guidance
Gradually disperse PEO powder into stirred deionized water to avoid agglomeration, fully dissolve before adding into paint formula. Typical dosage: 0.02% ~0.2% of total formula weight. Conduct storage stability, sag resistance and leveling tests to confirm optimal dosage before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
