Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide MW 2,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed for sewage sludge treatment. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot form stable large flocs; excessive high molecular weight polymer will lead to overly viscous supernatant and hinder solid-liquid separation. This 2M grade balances flocculation capacity and solution fluidity. After adding into sludge, polymer chains adsorb onto sludge surface to connect fine particles. The formed flocs have good permeability, which facilitates water outflow during mechanical extrusion, lowering the moisture content of sludge cake and reducing transportation and disposal costs.

Usage Guidance

Slowly disperse PEO powder into continuously stirred clean water to avoid agglomeration, prepare 0.05% ~ 0.1% aqueous solution. Add evenly into sludge pipeline before dewatering equipment. Recommended dosage: 60 ~ 300g per ton dry sludge. Optimize dosage based on sludge concentration and dewatering test data. Conduct laboratory conditioning test before on-site application.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
