Polyethylene Oxide MW 1,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is cosmetic-grade ultra-high molecular weight PEO customized for oral care and personal care industry. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot sustain long-term particle suspension, while over-high molecular weight variants easily produce undesirable stringiness. This 1M grade balances thickening efficiency, suspension capacity and sensory performance. After dissolving in deionized water, long polymer chains form continuous hydrated network, improving paste moldability, stabilizing solid particles and optimizing product spreadability. It maintains stable viscosity under normal storage temperature and avoids stratification of finished products.

Usage Guidance
Gradually disperse PEO powder into continuously stirred deionized water to prevent agglomeration, fully dissolve before mixing with other raw materials. Recommended dosage: 0.03% ~ 0.3% based on total formula weight. Conduct high-low temperature cycle stability test and sensory evaluation before formal mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry, dust-free warehouse. Keep away from moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
