PEO 1M (CAS 25322-68-3) is linear ultra-high molecular weight water-soluble polyether polymer. After dissolving in cutting fluid, the long flexible molecular chains restrain fluid turbulent friction. It reduces pressure loss during high-pressure water transmission, enhances effective jet pressure at nozzle, strengthens cutting capacity for metal, stone and composite materials. It does not contain corrosive components, easy to prepare and clean, serving as ideal drag reduction additive for water
Product Overview
Polyethylene Oxide MW 1,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is specially developed ultra-high molecular weight PEO for water jet cutting industry. Medium and high molecular weight PEO cannot achieve ideal drag reduction effect under ultra-high pressure turbulent flow. This 1M grade provides excellent turbulence suppression performance. When added into circulating cutting water, polymer chains weaken fluid turbulent pulsation and friction loss inside high-pressure pipelines. It helps increase the effective impact force of water jet, improves cutting speed and reduces equipment energy consumption. The product dissolves uniformly in fresh water, will not block nozzles under proper preparation process.

Usage Guidance
Slowly disperse PEO powder into vigorously stirred clean water to avoid agglomeration, prepare dilute stock solution in advance. Recommended working concentration: 0.005% ~ 0.03%. Adjust concentration according to pipeline length, operating pressure and cutting requirements. Prevent excessive local concentration to avoid nozzle blockage.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
