Its core toughening component is structured elastomeric copolymer with good interfacial adhesion to PVC matrix. It can be blended evenly with PVC resin, stabilizers, fillers and other additives in dry blend or compounding process. The modifier forms a uniform dispersed rubber phase inside PVC, which is responsible for impact energy dissipation. It maintains stable performance under normal rigid PVC processing temperatures.
