Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide PEO Powder CAS 25322-68-3 is specially developed for wall putty and skim coat. Many conventional additives lead to insufficient lubricity or fast surface drying. This PEO grade balances lubrication, water retention and surface leveling. It can be compounded with cellulose ethers to reduce overall formula cost and greatly improve the construction experience for workers.

Usage Guidance

Dry blend PEO powder evenly with cement, calcium carbonate and other raw materials during putty production. Typical dosage: 0.008% ~ 0.06% of total mass. Can be used synergistically with cellulose ether. Conduct lab tests on water retention, open time and surface cracking resistance before mass production. Prevent damp absorption during storage.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under properly sealed storage.
