Polyethylene Oxide CAS 25322-68-3 is high molecular weight nonionic flocculant targeting industrial wastewater clarification. Conventional ionic flocculants are easily affected by pH, salinity and surface charge of particles. This PEO grade relies on molecular bridging effect, adapts to complicated industrial wastewater conditions, accelerates solid-liquid separation and helps factories reach discharge standards and realize wastewater reuse.

Usage Guidance

Slowly disperse PEO powder under gentle continuous stirring to avoid agglomeration and fish-eye particles. Prepare dilute stock solution before dosing into wastewater tank. Usual dosage range: 10 ~ 60 ppm based on wastewater volume. Carry out jar flocculation test to confirm optimal addition amount before formal operation. Avoid high-shear long-time stirring to prevent molecular chain breakage.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under properly sealed storage.
