Product Overview

Polyethylene Oxide CAS 25322-68-3 is functional polymer binder for tile adhesive and tile grout. Ordinary additives struggle to balance anti-slip, workability and water retention. This PEO grade delivers stable thixotropic property without causing excessive viscosity. It can be combined with cellulose ethers and redispersible polymer powder to optimize formulation cost and upgrade tile laying construction performance.

Usage Guidance

Uniformly dry blend PEO powder with cement, quartz sand and other raw materials during dry mortar production. Typical dosage:0.01% ~ 0.07% of total weight. Can be used synergistically with cellulose ether. Conduct lab tests including slip resistance, open time and tensile adhesion strength before mass production. Avoid damp storage.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package:25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life:12 months under properly sealed storage.
