PEO 100k (CAS 25322-68-3) is linear water-soluble polyethylene oxide powder with molecular weight of 100,000. After dissolving in water, it forms flexible polymer network to bind ceramic inorganic particles together. It increases mud plasticity and avoids green body crack defects. The polymer decomposes fully under sintering temperature with little residual ash, and will not cause black spots or surface flaws on ceramic finished products. Product Overview
PEO 100k Polyethylene Oxide (CAS 25322-68-3) is specially developed low molecular weight water-soluble polymer for ceramic industry. Compared with ultra-high molecular weight PEO, this grade brings moderate slurry viscosity, easy degassing and uniform mixing. When blended into ceramic slurry, it wraps solid particles to increase the toughness of ceramic green body. During high temperature sintering, complete combustion avoids carbon contamination. It can be compounded with dispersants, defoamers and other common ceramic auxiliaries widely.

Usage Guidance
Gradually add PEO powder into continuously agitated water to prevent agglomeration, stir until fully dissolved, then mix with ceramic powder raw materials. Recommended dosage: 0.2% ~ 1.5% by weight of ceramic powder. Adjust dosage according to molding technique and green body requirements. Small batch molding and sintering tests are required before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner plastic liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
