Polyethylene Oxide MW 100,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is linear nonionic water-soluble polymer powder. With moderate molecular weight, it delivers low-viscosity aqueous solution with excellent film-forming and lubricating property. When used for textile sizing, it wraps yarn fibers effectively, lowering warp breakage rate on looms. The polymer can be completely removed by hot water desizing without affecting fabric dyeability. It is eco-friendly functional sizing material for textile weaving production
Product Overview
Polyethylene Oxide MW 100,000 (PEO 100k, CAS 25322-68-3) is specially developed water-soluble polymer for textile sizing industry. Different from high molecular weight PEO that causes excessive slurry viscosity, this 100,000 MW grade provides controllable low solution viscosity, convenient for continuous sizing equipment. It forms flexible, smooth protective film on fiber surface to resist friction impact in weaving procedures. The polymer features good compatibility with starch and other common sizing raw materials, and achieves clean desizing without residual film obstacles for post textile processing.

Usage Guidance
Slowly add PEO powder into stirred deionized water to avoid agglomeration, keep stirring until fully dissolved. Can be blended with starch or PVA slurry according to formula requirement. Typical dosage: 0.5% ~3% in sizing liquor. Adjust concentration based on yarn type, loom speed and fabric specification. Conduct small-scale sizing trial to verify desizing effect before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner plastic liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
