30% Amino Silicone Emulsion is high concentration waterborne amino silicone softener customized for towel fabric and home textile industry. The active base raw material is 3000cst amino modified silicone oil. During padding or exhaust finishing process, silicone is evenly adsorbed on fiber surface. It solves the common problem that towels become stiff after repeated washing, delivering fluffy, velvety soft hand feel. This product balances softness and water absorption, avoiding excessive hydrophobicity caused by ordinary silicone softeners.

Usage Guidance

Suitable for exhaust and padding process.

Exhaust method: dosage 2–5% o.w.f, temperature 45–60℃, treatment time 20–30 min, pH 5.5~7.0.

Padding method: dilute to working solution, pick-up rate controlled at 65~80%, then dry and bake.

Carry out small sample test before mass production. Do not mix with strong anionic chemicals.

Storage & Package

Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent freezing and continuous high temperature. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir well if slight stratification occurs before use.
