20% Amino Silicone Emulsion (CAS 71750-79-3) is water-based emulsion based on 1000cst amino functional polysiloxane. It is a dedicated softening auxiliary for garment washing finishing. The amino groups have strong affinity to textile fibers, forming uniform silicone film on fabric surface after treatment. It delivers comfortable silky touch, reduces fiber friction and static electricity. Widely used for woven and knitted garments in laundry and textile finishing factories.
Product Overview
20% Amino Silicone Emulsion is waterborne textile finishing softener specially developed for garment washing production. It uses 1000cst amino modified silicone oil as active base fluid, matched with stable nonionic emulsifier system. In garment washing procedure, silicone components deposit evenly on fiber surface, offering durable softness. Different from ordinary softeners, it maintains stable performance under washing bath condition and brings consistent smooth handfeel to finished garments.

Usage Guidance
Applicable for exhaust washing process. Recommended dosage: 2–6% o.w.f. according to fabric type and target handfeel. Adjust pH value of working bath within 5.5–7.0. Process temperature: 40–55℃, keep soaking for 15–30 minutes. Complete small sample test before mass production. Avoid mixing with strong anionic additives.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent freezing and long-time high temperature exposure. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir uniformly if slight stratification appears before use.
