25% Blocked Amino Emulsion (CAS 71750-79-3) is waterborne emulsion based on sterically blocked amino modified polysiloxane. The special blocked structure restrains amino oxidation, significantly improving anti-yellowing performance. It can evenly adsorb on fiber surface to offer silky soft touch without causing white fabric yellowing under high temperature. It is ideal softening auxiliary for white, bleached and light shade textiles.

Product Overview

25% Blocked Amino Silicone Emulsion is low-yellowing textile softener specially developed for white and light-colored fabrics. The base raw material is blocked amino silicone fluid. Different from conventional ordinary amino silicone emulsion, its amino groups are chemically protected. It effectively prevents oxidation yellowing during drying and high-temperature curing process. While providing long-lasting softness and smoothness, it maintains the whiteness and bright shade of white fabrics. Suitable for padding and exhaust finishing processes in textile printing and dyeing factories.

Usage Guidance

Exhaust process: dosage 2–5% o.w.f, temperature 40–55℃, treatment time 15–30min, pH 5.5–7.0.

Padding process: dilute to target concentration, control pick-up rate 60–80%, dry and bake according to fabric technical requirements.

Conduct small sample yellowing test before mass production. Avoid mixing with strong anionic auxiliaries.

Storage & Package

Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent freezing and long-time high temperature exposure. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir evenly if slight stratification occurs before use.
