JSYA-ZNO anti-odor zinc oxide is inorganic metal oxide powder, CAS 1314-13-2. Tiny ZnO particles produce reactive oxygen species to inhibit bacteria and mold spores, which are the primary source of foot odor on insoles and rubber mats. Compared with silver-series antimicrobial agents, zinc oxide has prominent cost advantage and no risk of discoloration during processing. This white fine powder disperses evenly within elastomer matrix to achieve durable antibacterial, anti-mildew and deodorizing effects. It also assists crosslinking reaction in rubber vulcanization.

For footwear insoles: Blended into EVA, TPE and PU raw materials during shoe insole foaming and molding processes. It inhibits bacteria multiplied by foot sweat, reduces foot odor, keeps insoles fresh for long-time wear, widely used in sport shoes, casual shoes and safety protective shoe insoles. For rubber mats: Added into natural rubber, SBR and EPDM formulations for anti-slip floor mats, entrance mats and functional rubber mats. It prevents mold proliferation in high-humidity environments and removes microbial odor on mat surfaces. Addition dosage can be adjusted according to target anti-odor and antibacterial testing standards.
