5000cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane with strict purification treatment. Customized as base polymer for food contact liquid silicone rubber. Terminal vinyl groups participate in hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction with methyl hydrogen silicone oil. No small molecular by-products are released during curing. It has great compatibility with food-grade fumed silica and auxiliary additives, which helps produce safe, stable food-grade silicone products.

Usage Guidance
Mix uniformly with food-grade fumed silica, matched methyl hydrogen silicone oil crosslinker and platinum catalyst. Adjust formula proportion to control hardness and curing characteristics. Avoid contact with sulfur, amine, tin substances and heavy metals, which will poison platinum catalyst and cause incomplete curing.
Storage & Package
Keep containers tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent long-term exposure under high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
