1000cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is high-purity linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. This vinyl silicone fluid is specially developed as base material for two-component addition cure RTV mold rubber. Terminal vinyl groups enable hydrosilylation reaction with methyl hydrogen silicone oil without releasing small molecules during curing. It mixes well with silica fillers and various additives, producing mold silicone with low shrinkage and long service life.

Storage & Package

Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid continuous high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
