Fiber grade titanium dioxide is professional inorganic delustering additive for nylon and polypropylene fiber manufacturing. With strictly controlled particle size and ultra‑low insoluble impurities, it shows outstanding compatibility with nylon and polypropylene melt. It provides stable matting effect under high spinning temperature, reduces gloss of finished fiber, and lowers the risk of broken filament and yarn defects for chemical‑fiber production.
Fiber Grade TiO2 CAS 13463‑67‑7 is anatase‑based functional matting filler optimized for nylon and polypropylene fiber processing. Trace heavy metals and coarse particles are strictly limited to adapt to harsh high‑temperature spinning conditions. It disperses evenly inside polymer melt, delivers uniform matte surface for nylon and PP fiber without damaging mechanical performance of final textile products.
Premix thoroughly with nylon or polypropylene raw materials before melt spinning. Adjust addition dosage according to required matte level of finished fiber. Keep raw material dry during feeding to prevent moisture‑caused spinning faults. Avoid foreign contaminants entering the mixing system.
Store in cool, dry and well‑ventilated area, keep sealed against moisture and direct sunlight. Standard inner plastic bag plus outer woven bag packaging. Keep packages tightly closed after partial use.
