Textile grade anatase TiO2 is specialized inorganic functional delustering additive for synthetic fiber industry. Controlled fine particle size and ultra‑low coarse impurities effectively reduce fiber surface gloss during high‑temperature spinning procedure. It inhibits broken filament issues and preserves original mechanical performance of fibers, compatible with polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other synthetic fiber systems for textile production.
Anatase TiO2 Textile Grade CAS 13463‑67‑7 is functional inorganic filler developed for fiber delustering purpose. Coarse grains and harmful trace impurities are strictly restricted to adapt to long‑time continuous spinning process. After mixing with polymer melt, it disperses evenly throughout the substrate, producing uniform matte surface on finished fiber without deteriorating tensile strength, elongation and other key fiber performances.
Thoroughly premix with polymer chips before melt‑spinning procedure. Adjust addition proportion according to required matte level of final fiber. Ensure raw materials stay dry during feeding. Prevent moisture and foreign impurities from entering spinning system.
Keep stored in cool, dry and ventilated place. Maintain tight sealing to avoid moisture invasion and direct sunlight exposure. Standard package: inner plastic bag plus outer woven bag. Re‑seal packages immediately after partial material taking.
