Surface Treated Nano Zinc Oxide (CAS 1314-13-2) is nano zinc oxide modified with specialized surface treatment agent. Serving as multifunctional thermal conductivity additive, it builds continuous heat conduction channels inside silicone rubber, efficiently boosting thermal conductivity. Meanwhile, it retains excellent electrical insulation, enhances tensile strength, aging resistance and processing property of thermal conductive silicone rubber. Application Scope
This surface treated nano zinc oxide is specially designed for silicone rubber thermal conductive formulations. Widely used in thermal conductive silicone sheets, silicone thermal pads, electronic potting silicone gel, thermal conductive silicone adhesives, LED thermal interface materials and power module silicone heat dissipation components. It can be used alone or compounded with alumina, boron nitride and other thermal conductive fillers.
Usage Guide
Gradually add surface treated nano ZnO during silicone mixing and stirring process. Control stirring speed and time to ensure full dispersion. Adjust loading amount according to target thermal conductivity, hardness and viscosity requirements. Compatibility test and small sample curing trial are recommended before mass production. Store product in sealed package to prevent moisture absorption which may affect dispersion effect.
