Application Scope
This high active nano zinc oxide is mainly applied to EPDM foaming rubber. Widely used in EPDM foaming sealing strips, thermal insulation foams, shock-absorbing foam pads, waterproof foaming sheets, automobile sealing foam parts and architectural sealing foaming profiles. It is also compatible with other synthetic rubber foaming formulas.
Usage Guide
Add nano ZnO during internal mixing of EPDM raw materials. Adjust dosage properly lower than ordinary zinc oxide. Control mixing temperature and mixing time to guarantee uniform dispersion. Optimize formulation to coordinate accelerator, foaming agent and nano ZnO for ideal cell structure. Carry out small batch foaming test before mass production. Keep packages sealed to prevent moisture absorption and activity decline.
