JSYA-AGN silver nanoparticle antimicrobial is composed of well-dispersed nano metallic silver particles with CAS 7440-22-4. The tiny nano silver particles attach to microbial cell walls and damage cell structure, delivering strong inhibition effect against E.coli, S.aureus and fungi. Compared with ionic silver antimicrobials, nano silver provides high antibacterial efficiency with lower dosage. It can be prepared as stable liquid dispersion, featuring good miscibility in water-based textile finishing agents and waterborne coating systems. It maintains stable antimicrobial activity under normal processing and storage conditions.

It suppresses microbial growth and odor generation while preserving fabric softness and hand feel. For coatings: Compatible with water-based acrylic, polyurethane and latex coatings. Add into interior functional paints, wood coatings and protective coatings to form antibacterial coating films. The coating surface can continuously restrain bacteria and fungi. The recommended dosage can be adjusted according to target antibacterial standards.
