JSYA-AGN nano silver antimicrobial consists of dispersed nano silver particles, CAS 7440-22-4. Thanks to ultra-fine nano particle size, nano silver exhibits high specific surface area and strong broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. Unlike traditional ionic silver antimicrobials, nano silver particles act by destroying microbial cell membranes, suppressing reproduction of E.coli, S.aureus and fungi. It can be formulated into powder or liquid form for different manufacturing processes. It features good dispersion and compatibility in polymer, coating and fiber systems.

JSYA-AGN nano silver antimicrobial is multi-purpose silver-based antibacterial additive for fiber, coatings and plastics. For fiber: It can be added in spinning dope or textile finishing process to manufacture antibacterial yarn, nonwoven fabrics and hygiene textiles. It imparts antibacterial property to textile surface and reduces odor. For coatings: Compatible with water-based and solvent-based coatings. Incorporated into interior functional coatings, paint and surface coating to create antibacterial coating layer on metal, wood and wall substrates. For plastics: Mixed with PP, PE, ABS and other resins during compounding and injection molding for antibacterial plastic daily goods, home appliance parts and sanitary plastic products. Addition dosage can be adjusted according to target antibacterial requirements.
