Polyethylene Oxide MW 10,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is top-tier ultra-high molecular weight PEO customized for extreme drag reduction scenarios. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot reach high drag reduction efficiency; excessively high molecular weight variants face difficult dissolution and severe shear degradation. This 10M grade balances ultimate drag reduction performance, water dispersibility and practical operability.
After being prepared into dilute aqueous solution and injected into pipeline systems, entangled polymer chains interact with turbulent boundary layer. It suppresses turbulence fluctuation and achieves obvious pressure drop reduction under high Reynolds number flow conditions.

Usage Guidance
