Usage Guidance

Dry PEO thoroughly under vacuum oven before formulation to remove residual moisture. Mix uniformly with lithium salt and inorganic fillers via solution casting or hot pressing process. Avoid overhigh processing temperature which causes thermal oxidation degradation. Carry out electrochemical characterization including ionic conductivity, stability window and cycling performance to optimize formula. All material handling should be operated under anhydrous and oxygen-free glove box environment.

Storage & Package

Keep package hermetically sealed. Store in dry, low-humidity warehouse. Strictly prevent moisture absorption, heat and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg aluminum foil lined kraft bag. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
