Polyethylene Oxide MW 10,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is high purity ultra-high molecular weight PEO customized for advanced solid-state energy storage devices. Medium molecular weight PEO cannot form stable ion conductive network; excessively high molecular weight grades lead to poor melt fluidity and difficult membrane processing. This 10M grade balances ionic conductivity, mechanical toughness and manufacturability.
When compounded with lithium salts and inorganic ceramic fillers, self-supporting solid electrolyte membrane can be fabricated. The polymer matrix separates cathode and anode while enabling lithium ion migration, eliminating liquid electrolyte leakage risk and significantly improving battery safety.

Usage Guidance

Thoroughly dry PEO powder before production to eliminate residual moisture. Homogeneously blend with lithium salts and ceramic fillers under dry inert atmosphere. Prepare electrolyte membrane via hot pressing or solution casting. Carry out ionic conductivity testing, electrochemical stability testing and cell cycling evaluation. Strictly prevent moisture and air contamination throughout processing.

Storage & Package
