300cst Polyether Silicone Oil (CAS 68937-54-2) is customized polyether modified silicone flow control agent developed for wood furniture coating industry. Optimized viscosity design achieves a good balance between surface activity and system compatibility. It steadily migrates to coating surface, homogenizes surface tension distribution, avoids uneven flow issues, and helps achieve high-transparency furniture finish without blurring wood grain.

Usage Guidance

Recommended dosage: 0.05% - 0.4% relative to total paint weight. Can be added directly or diluted with corresponding solvent in advance. Stir uniformly after addition. Carry out small batch test on transparency, interlayer adhesion and leveling effect before mass production. Overdosage shall be avoided.

Storage & Package

Keep containers tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, far away from open fire and strong oxidants. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
