Polyethylene Oxide MW 8,000,000 (CAS 25322-68-3) is ultra-high molecular weight PEO developed for ultrafine particle flocculation. Medium molecular weight PEO lacks sufficient bridging effect on tiny particles; extra-high molecular weight grades lead to poor dissolution and excessive solution viscosity. This 8M grade achieves balanced performance of flocculation capacity, dissolution property and settlement efficiency.
After preparing dilute aqueous solution and dosing into slurry, polymer chains connect discrete ultrafine particles into large settleable flocs. It helps enterprises realize slurry concentration and wastewater recycling to cut production costs.

Usage Guidance

Usual dosage: 0.005% ~ 0.05% based on dry solid weight. Conduct jar sedimentation test to confirm optimal addition amount before mass application.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under proper sealed storage.
