Our N85 Siliceous Earth CAS 61790‑53‑2 is refined from premium diatomite ore through impurity removal, ultra‑fine milling and strict particle‑size screening. This grade is specially engineered for cable compound and wire insulation. Oversized grit particles are strictly removed to prevent insulation surface defects and conductor abrasion. It can be compounded with talc, calcium carbonate to balance mechanical, thermal and processing performance for various cable materials.

Usage Recommendation
- Typical dosage: 7‑25 % by weight, adjust based on mechanical, thermal and insulation requirements.

- Fully dry filler before feeding; moisture will cause bubble defects during cable extrusion.
- For rubber‑based cable compound, complete sufficient kneading inside internal mixer.
- Carry out lab compounding, extrusion and heat‑aging test to verify final cable performance before mass production.

- Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, keep bags tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
