Our N85 General Purpose Filler CAS 61790‑53‑2 is refined from premium diatomite ore through impurity removal, ultra‑fine milling and strict particle screening. This economical grade is tailored for footwear rubber and mechanical rubber goods. Oversized grit particles are strictly controlled to minimize surface speckles and mold scratch defects on finished rubber parts. It can be compounded with carbon black, talc and calcium carbonate to balance mechanical performance and production cost for shoe soles, rubber pads and general‑purpose mechanical rubber components.

Usage Recommendation
- Typical dosage:12‑35 phr, adjust according to hardness, wear‑resistance and dimensional requirements.
- Add together with other fillers in internal mixer or open mill, ensure sufficient kneading for homogeneous dispersion.
- Thoroughly dry raw material before feeding; moisture will induce bubble defects in molded rubber products.
- Incoming sieve inspection is recommended to eliminate occasional coarse impurities.
- Complete laboratory compounding and vulcanization test before mass production.
Storage & Package
- Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, keep bags tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
