HPCTP, chemical name hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene, CAS 1184-10-7, is halogen-free cyclic phosphazene flame retardant optimized for polycarbonate and PC alloy. The phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic structure brings outstanding thermal stability and high heat resistance, suitable for high-temperature extrusion and injection molding of PC materials. It features good compatibility with polycarbonate matrix, preserves PC’s inherent transparency and mechanical properties. It will not cause obvious dis
Product DetailsChemical IdentityProduct Name: Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene, HPCTP CAS No.: 1184-10-7 Chemical Type: Halogen-free cyclic phosphazene additive flame retardant Physical Form: White fine powder Core Feature: Halogen-free phosphazene with high heat resistance for polycarbonate and PC alloy
Key Performance & TDSHPCTP has high thermal decomposition temperature, resisting thermal decomposition during high-temperature processing of PC and PC alloy, avoiding bubbles and surface defects on molded parts. Its phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant mechanism forms dense char layer on the material surface under flame, isolating heat and oxygen to stop flame spread. It is halogen-free and produces low smoke without corrosive halogen gas when burned. It retains the transparency, impact strength and dimensional stability of polycarbonate. It has excellent dispersion in PC resin, no migration or blooming at recommended loading. It enables PC and PC alloy products to reach UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating.
