Key Performance & TDSHPCTP is fully interchangeable with SPB-100 in polymer formulations. The phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic system forms dense protective char layer under fire, blocking heat and oxygen transfer. It has high decomposition temperature, resisting thermal degradation and foaming during extrusion, injection molding and epoxy curing. It is halogen-free and releases low smoke with no corrosive halogen gas on combustion. It maintains good mechanical properties, dielectric performance and surface quality of substrates. It shows excellent compatibility with PC, PA, PPO and epoxy resin, no blooming or precipitation at recommended dosage. It helps finished products achieve UL94 V-0 rating as SPB-100 does.
