Anatase TiO2 A101 CAS 13463‑67‑7 is sulfate‑process anatase titanium dioxide tailored for rubber and plastic filling applications. Balanced oil absorption value adapts to general‑purpose rubber‑plastic formula system. This grade solves common pain points including poor pigment dispersion, surface speckles and insufficient whiteness of light‑colored rubber‑plastic goods. It fits mass‑production workflows such as plastic extrusion, injection molding, internal mixer and open mill rubber mixing.

Usage Recommendation

‑ Recommended dosage: 1‑10 wt% for plastic formula; 2‑9 phr for rubber formula, adjust according to whiteness requirement.
‑ For plastic: premix with resin and additives before feeding into extruder or injection machine.
‑ For rubber: add at early mixing stage of internal mixer or open mill, guarantee sufficient mixing time.
‑ Prevent raw material caking caused by moisture before feeding.
‑ Complete small‑batch trial processing to verify color and physical indexes before mass production.

Storage & Packaging

‑ Packaging: 25kg moisture‑proof kraft paper bag with PE inner liner.
‑ Storage: Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep tightly sealed against moisture absorption and caking.
