When dispersed and hydrated in waterborne coating systems, the aggregated silicate lamellae exfoliate and form a reversible three-dimensional colloidal network. Product Properties

This product is fine light beige powder with intact layered crystal structure. It hydrates rapidly in aqueous medium and can be well dispersed without extra organic activators. It shows great compatibility with acrylic emulsion, waterborne polyurethane, water epoxy and other common water-based resin systems. Usage Guidance

Add the nanoclay into water at the early dispersion stage under continuous high-speed stirring.

Recommended addition dosage: 0.4% – 2.2% based on total formula weight.

Adjust dosage according to target viscosity, anti-settling and anti-sagging requirements.

Small batch formulation test is strongly recommended before mass production.

Standard package: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner PE waterproof liner. Test samples are available upon request.
