Vinyl Silicone Oil 100cst CAS 68083-19-2 Low Viscosity Reactive Diluent for LSR Injection
100cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is divinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. As low-viscosity reactive diluent for LSR injection molding, it lowers the viscosity of silicone base stock and optimizes filling performance during injection process. It participates in crosslinking reaction entirely, no migration after curing. It maintains excellent mechanical performance of finished liquid silicone products, widely used for injection-grade LSR formulations.
Product Overview
100cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. With moderate low viscosity and uniform vinyl content, it acts as high-performance reactive diluent specially developed for LSR injection molding. Different from ordinary inert diluents, it can fully take part in hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction with methyl hydrogen silicone oil. It solves poor fluidity issues of high molecular weight vinyl silicone base material, optimizing injection molding processing property.

Usage Guidance
Add and blend evenly with high molecular vinyl silicone base rubber and inorganic fillers in mixing procedure. Cooperate with methyl hydrogen silicone oil crosslinker and platinum catalyst. Avoid contact with catalyst poisons including amine, tin compounds and heavy metal materials.
Storage & Package
Keep containers tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry, ventilated area, avoid long-term exposure to sunlight and high temperature. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
