Product Overview

Titanium Dioxide R886 CAS 13463‑67‑7 is manufactured by sulfate process with polyolefin‑oriented composite surface coating. Well‑controlled particle‑size distribution brings low oil absorption, good powder fluidity and restrained photo‑chemical activity. This grade is custom‑developed for PP and PE compounding and modification. It solves common pain points such as poor pigment dispersion, surface speckles and thermal discoloration during polyolefin compound granulation. Stable quality adapts to continuous large‑volume twin‑screw compounding production.

Usage Recommendation

‑ Direct compounding dosage: 1%‑7% by weight; masterbatch loading: 20‑55 wt%, adjust based on whitening and hiding requirements.
‑ Thoroughly premix with resin, fillers and auxiliaries before twin‑screw extrusion granulation.
‑ Ensure raw materials are fully dried before feeding; moisture will generate bubbles on compound pellets.
‑ Optimize extrusion temperature range to exert anti‑yellowing performance.
‑ Conduct small‑batch compounding trial before formal mass production.

Storage & Packaging

‑ Packaging: 25kg moisture‑proof kraft paper bag with PE inner liner.
‑ Storage: Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
‑ Shelf life: 24 months under standard storage conditions
