JSYA-AGP silver zirconium phosphate antiviral powder is layered inorganic ion-exchange antimicrobial material. Active silver ions are embedded firmly within zirconium phosphate crystal lattice via ion exchange technology. Compared with silver zeolite antimicrobial agents, it has much better high-temperature stability and anti-yellowing performance. The white fine powder with controlled particle size disperses evenly inside fiber matrix. Slow-released silver ions suppress viruses, bacteria and fungi on textile surface to achieve long-lasting antiviral and antibacterial functions.

Applications

JSYA-AGP silver ion antimicrobial is specially developed for polyamide and polyester fiber production. It can be incorporated into masterbatch before fiber spinning. It can withstand the high processing temperature required for PA and PET spinning without discoloration or loss of antimicrobial activity. The finished polyamide and polyester fibers gain antiviral and antibacterial properties, widely used in hygiene textiles, protective fabrics, medical textiles, functional nonwovens and apparel materials. It reduces cross-contamination risks and inhibits odor caused by microbial growth. The addition dosage can be customized to meet different antiviral and antibacterial testing standards.
